Comfort: This former hotel is comprised mainly of twin and double rooms with some multi-share rooms.

Location: At the top of Queen Street. A short walk to AUT conference facilities

Convenience: Home cooked breakfasts and evening meals are available at "Tommy's" the in-house bistro which can also cater for groups on request
